I have just completed a 26,000 square foot child development center on Ft. Hood Texas and I just want to say that the USACE Air Tightness Standard is obtainable and not unreasonable as many think. I have had some negative experiences with the USACE Air Tightness Standards as well but here is why:
Envelope Testing to USACE Standards
We found that when working on US Army Corps of Engineer projects involve the commissioning agency, specifically the envelope testing agency, early.
